Barajas International Airport

The Barajas International Airport (MAD) is the main airport in Madrid Spain. It is officially called Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.

Flights are available from Barajas Airport to many destinations in Spain, throughout the European Union and abroad.

Low-cost airfares are now available to Madrid from several of the discount airlines.

Bus service operates between Barajas Airport and the bus terminal at Plaza de Colon.

A rapid rapid transit system also connects the airport to Madrid.

There is also a smaller airport called Torrejón Air Base (LETO) which provides both military and civilian traffic.
